Delivery Policy

Free standard delivery:

Castle Radiators are proud to offer free standard delivery on all orders regardless of quantity or value to all areas in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Delivery Times:

Our free standard delivery time is estimated to be between 3 & 5 working days from the date of order.
Whilst we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays.
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process.
Any changes to the delivery address after the order has been dispatched must be submitted via an e-mail to [email protected], and may result in additional charges or delays.

Delivery Zones:

Our free standard delivery covers mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
Please see the ‘Delivery Zones Map’ at the bottom of this page to check which areas are covered.

Large Orders:

For large orders, items may be delivered on pallets for secure and efficient transportation.
Pallet deliveries require adequate space and accessibility, if this could be an issue, please contact us prior to ordering.

Couriers & Order Tracking:

Castle Radiators use various couriers to give us the flexibility to deliver to more areas. We are currently unable to provide tracking information for any orders.
Couriers can deliver between 7am and 8pm.

Changes to Delivery Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
