We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Until the item is received by us, the goods are the responsibility of yourself.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to verify their condition.
g. Refund or Exchange:
If the item(s) meet our return eligibility criteria, you can choose between a refund or exchange for an item of equal value.
Damaged or Defective Items:
